With this in mind, we created CLUB NOMAD, our restaurant concept where we offer delicious multi-ethnic dishes and drinks in an environment where everyone has the opportunity to connect, grow, work, and move.
How do we do this?
Welcome to Club Nomad, a melting pot of various culinary cultures aimed at creating connection, inclusion, and diversity.
We are dealing with a new reality in terms of flexible office hours and a new way of organizing companies. More than ever, there is a shortage in the labor market, and more than half of the Dutch workforce regularly works from home. This new target group, constantly on the move and seeking balance, is what we call the new nomadic worker. The growth of this group also brings the challenge of building and maintaining a strong connection with your employees.
At Compass Group, we understand this and contribute with Club Nomads’ proposition ‘Connect, Grow, Work & Move’. We focus not only on promoting productivity and collaboration but also on supporting the mental health of our employees.
